Use more or less spices to suit your taste, I like it as is!Ingredients | Spices For Canning Venison1 pound ground venison1 tablespoon brown sugar8 saltine crackers, crumbled1 egg, beaten½ teaspoon spicy brown mustard¼ teaspoon dried cilantro½ teaspoon garlic powder½ teaspoon dried minced onion flakes¼ teaspoon ground thyme1 dash cinnamon1 dash paprika3 tablespoons ketchup1 tablespoon brown sugarDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Mix together venison, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, crackers, and egg in a bowl. Season with mustard, cilantro, garlic powder, onion flakes, thyme, cinnamon, and paprika; mix well. Pat mixture into a 9x9-inch pan, or a loaf pan.Bake in preheated oven to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), about 40 minutes.
